We encourage you to download and use anything here that will make your job easier. We are also open to suggestions on ways to make this area more useful.

HelpGopher.com, much like McDonalds, desires to maintain a strict and consistent product identity nationwide. Therefore, we maintain a strict corporate policy whereby you are allowed to use only the corporate-provided and corporate-approved brochures, flyers and other sales materials that you find here.

If you have something else that you'd like to use in your sales activities, please submit those materials to corporate for approval before using them. The quickest way is to attach the document(s) to an email and email them to corporate (then the @ sign) HelpGopher.com. Failure to adhere to this policy, could lead to your dismissal as a sales representative.

Once your design has been approved, you will be free to distribute those materials in your day to day sales actvities. Additionally, corporate reserves the right to share and make your sales tool material(s) available to the entire sales force nationwide. Of course, credit will be given to you for your creativity!

Please keep in mind that this website is not for public usage. Rather, it is for YOUR benefit only. Of course, you can show the advertising rate sheet to your prospects, but we have otherwise designed this part of our website for sales associates only.

When you make an ad sale, whether that sale be a local, regional, statewide or nationwide ad, you will SOON find a convenient online form here so you can officially log your sale. It is our goal to always get your sales logged as quickly as possible so we can get your client up on the appropriate Help Gopher site(s) as quickly as possible, usually in a week to 10 days.

But, until we have the online form available for your use, please just send us a detailed email to the corporate @ address, explaining the sale you have made. Please include the client's name and website link, and your contact phone number so the IT Department can call you with any questions they may have.

Once your sale has been logged at Corporate, and your client's check has cleared the Help Gopher Corporate Account, commission checks will be issued. Currently, these checks are mailed as soon as the funds clear, however, in the future checks will likely be mailed out twice a month.

Also, in order to grow the Help Gopher brand (which ultimately benefits everyone), it is Corporate policy to set aside 20% off the top of every ad sale. This amount is earmarked for ADVERTISING. Please note that HALF of these funds will always go directly back to your local or regional area into advertising areas as requested by the designated Affiliate Sales Person for your specific area. The other half is earmarked for Help Gopher national-specific advertising programs as coordinated by the Corporate office.

For quicker processing of all commission checks, please mail all checks to HelpGopher.com, 131 Troy Circle, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547. Alternatively, you can have your ad client pay for their ad online. They can use any major credit card. See the extras section from the HelpGopher.com National Homepage. Please note, that all online payments are securely processed by PayPal.

From time to time, it may be necessary for you to discuss some of your corporate and ad-related issues directly with Corporate. We ask that you try to do that via email as much as possible. However, if you find that you need to speak to someone at Corporate Headquarter directly, then we will always make that contact person and direct phone number available on this site.
